Login
Go to the website: https://phones.interactivetel.com/
- Enter in your username and password:
- Username: extension@MotorWerks --> 1234@MotorWerks is for extension 1234
- Password: Created by the user when they set up their account
If you do not remember your username, click Forgot Username. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password. If you do not remember making an account, check Outlook to see if you have received any emails from phones@interactivetel.com about creating your account.
- After entering in your Username and Password, click Log In. You should be redirected to a screen that looks like the one below.

Password Reset
Go to the website: https://phones.interactivetel.com/
- Click Forgot Password and enter in your username. Your username is extension@MotorWerks where extension is your Polycom extension number.
- You will receive an email from phones@interactivetel.com where it will send you a link to reset your password. Click on the link.
- Enter in your new password, then type the new password in the confirm password field. Click Save.
- You have now successfully changed your password and should now be able to login.

Forward or Transfer a Call
- Go to Answering Rules and click on Add Rule or click on the pencil icon next to the current answering rules.
- This will bring up a window that allows you to add or edit answering rules. There will be a section labeled Call Forwarding. In this section, you can choose when to forward calls and choose the extension or number where you would like to forward your calls. Click Save.
- If you added a new rule, you should now see two answering rules: the default answering rule and your new answering rule. Otherwise, if you edited an answering rule, then you should see the changes under Description.
- You have now successfully implemented a rule for forwarding calls.

Change Pin
- Login, click your name in the upper right corner and go to My Account.
- Click on your name in the upper right corner and click Profile.
- This will open a new pop-up window that shows your account details. At the very bottom there is a section for changing your voicemail pin. Delete your current pin and enter in your new pin. Click Save.
- You have successfully changed your voicemail pin.

Customize Greeting
- Go to Messages, then open the Settings tab like below.
- Under the Greetings section, press the icon next to Voicemail Greeting.
- This will open a pop-up window where you can customize and create a new greeting. Fill in the greeting information, click Save, then click Done.
- You should now see a voicemail greeting in the Greetings You have successfully created a greeting. Click Save to save your current settings.

Alternate Greeting
- Go to Messages, then open the Settings tab like below.
- Under the Greetings section, you should see one greeting available as your voicemail greeting. Click on the pencil icon next to the greeting name.
- This will open a pop-up window where you can see all your greetings. Click Add Greeting.
- Fill in all the fields and click Save once you are done.
- You should now see multiple voicemail greetings available. Click Done.
- Next to Voicemail Greeting, click on the drop down (greeting name) and select your new or alternate greeting.
- You have successfully created a greeting. You now have multiple greetings to choose from. Click Save to save your current settings.

Do Not Disturb
- Go to Answering Rules and click on Add Rule or click on the pencil icon next to the current answering rules.
- This will bring up a window that allows you to add or edit answering rules. At the top of the pop-up window, you will see an option for Do not disturb. You can check or uncheck this box to put your phone on Do Not Disturb (DND). This will prevent you from editing the Call Forwarding and Simultaneous Ring sections. Click Save.
- You should see a Do Not Disturb message on your Polycom phone. It will also be shown in the Description of your answering rule, and you will show up in other people’s directories as Do Not Disturb. This means you have successfully put your Polycom phone into Do Not Disturb from InteractiveTel.

Directory Lookup
- Go to Contacts. From here, you should be able to view all your contacts, import new contacts, export contacts, and add contacts.
- You can also apply filters to your contact list to get a customized result, or you can use the search bar if you are looking for a specific person, extension, or department.
- Once you find the contact you were looking for, you will also be able to edit their contact with additional information or call them from their extension.
